Tiger Birthday Party Theme Ideas DIY

When we do something new, let’s talk about what we’ll do!  One of my favorite parties is the Daniel Tiger Birthday Party theme. Here are all the DIY Ideas to get you started.

Both of my daughters have dearly loved Daniel Tiger. I think Angela Santomero is an absolute genius, and I am so grateful to her for the fantastic show that she has created. Daniel Tiger has made a significant and long-lasting impact on my girls. From my daughter at 2 years old, not napping but sadly singing “Grownups Come Back” in attempt to guilt trip me into saving her from her crib. To the fact that the the song “When We Do Something New” to this day brings me right back to my daughter at one week old (when her big sister first started watching Daniel), the show has been so meaningful to us. My girls have learned to express and deal their emotions with techniques learned directly from the show. (Not to mention what Mom Tiger has taught me. Talk about #momgoals.)  Obviously, I could not be a bigger fan.

Needless to say, I would like to share with you some of my favorite Daniel Tiger themed party ideas now. And I hope you’ll find them grrrific!

Daniel’s red sweater is so iconic. I think it would work well for either boys or girls. And PRO TIP: You can order the iconic Trolley patch from the Fred Rogers foundation! (Mine arrived in the mail in a handwritten envelope. Now how precious is that?)
